- Last Highest Degree or Certificates from previous College/ University.
- Academic Certificates/Transcripts
- Two Recommendation letters from any Teacher from the previous institute.
- A Valid Passport (Photocopy which is Valid for one year).
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form is also required (Photocopy).
- The candidate will submit their Study plan, which will consist of 800 words (In English or Chinese Language). The format of the Research/Study Plan is available on the official website.
- No Criminal Record certificate is necessary for each Student
